Mama Gena, in her book: The School of Womanly Arts, She talks about inviting your fear in and listening to it and embracing it. It is actually a gift and your internal marker for your own magnificence. When you have fear, she says, take it as a positive sign, that if you face your fear, you are on your way to unveiling the magnificent you. Fear does not come to us when we are sitting comfortable and safe, it comes to us as an indication that we are on to something good; we are growing; it is something really valuable. So she and I both challenge you to take on a "Fear a day, or if that is too much, a Fear A week!"
